Products：Methylcyclopentadienyl Manganese Tricarbonyl, for short as MMT, since its inception, as a good gasoline antiknock agent and is widely used in the refiniries in the world.At present, the MMT is widely used in China . It is the antiknock additives of gasoline designted by Petrochina Company and SINOPEC Company. Our company is cooperating with relevant units to set up an annual output of 500 tons product line in Yangpu hainan in 2005. It owned independent intellectual property rights of the MMT .with the new equipped and expanded , the company has reached annual production capacity of 1000T, our products not only are sold to the Sinopec, CNOOC, dozens of local oil refinery and other companies, but also exported to the United States, Britain, Middle East and other several countries. According to the different needs of users, our company have introduced Q502, Q506, Q509 and other products range.
The function mechanism of MMT:
When gasoline with the Low-octane is burning in the lighting-up engine and the gasoline combustible mixture has been ignited in the cylinder, acute chemical reactions and a number of unstable peroxides occur because part of the un-burnt gas mixture will cause the temperature and pressure rise rapidly under the influence of the compression and the thermal radiation. these peroxides can make knock before the normal flame face arrival, which can make strong pressure wave, and bring the temperature of cylinder rise rapidly. therefore, it can destroy the lubricity of the lubricant oil, worsen the cooling system, make the abrasion of device, increase the thermal load and noise, debase the power of engine and increase the fuel consumption. MMT is added to gasoline with the low octane number to solve this problem by enhancing oxidative rate, making blaze diffuse rapidly, and relatively reducing the chance of local self-ignites and eliminating concentrations of peroxide, thermal efficiency of gasoline motor is improved by reducing knocking phenomena and improving gasoline burning completely.

Safety of Operation
The product may be added into gasoline by pro rata adopting flowmeter pump , to circulate at least one time .
Q509 manganese contents when adding dosages be 100 ppm ,hit the target the gasoline reach a national standard 18 mg/L.
The product is toxicity .Contacting products by hand is avoided. No smelling product for a long time .please breath fresh air ,or go to a doctor immediately if when appear nauseously or nervous situation.
Package and Store of MMT
Package:The product uses 1m3,5m3,10m3 respectively standard steel cans package ,every jar net weight is 1.5 ts ,5ts 10 ts. The metal bucket is small specification package also with 200L and 30L zinc platings ,every barrel net weight is 30 kgs, 180 kgs, 200 kgs,250 kgs.
Requirement of reservation:
A.To reserved in the dry ,being ventilated and shade place, tighten container shot-blocking immediately when being far away from the fire source, zinc plating metal bucket package no utility.
B.Must adopt the brown bottle after the sample be added MMT,and avoid sunshine.
